Government Funded Enrolments: To be eligible for a Higher Education & Skills
Skills First Program Government Funded training place you MUST be a permanent Victorian Resident, you MUST NOT currently hold an Australian qualification equal to or higher than the qualification you wish to receive funding for, in any field of study & you MUST have first completed a TBST Pre Enrolment Questionnaire Form & have been found to be eligible for a Government Funded place by TBST.

Address: It is essential that your Street Address on all forms matches your Identification Documents. Your Postal Address can be changed in the future.

Student Name: It is essential that your Given Name(s) and Surname accross all forms matches your Identification Documents Exactly. This includes your Digital Signature.

Unique Student Identifier number (USI): All students wishing to enrol in any qualification within Australia are required to register for and obtain a Unique Student Identifier number (USI). If you do not currently hold a USI you will be required to create one via the below link prior to continuing any further with your Enrolment Form, this registration process should take no longer than 5 minutes - USI Creation Link Click Here
Once you have created your USI you then will be able to continue the enrolment process and enter your USI where requested in the form. Please ensure that you add TBST (RTO#22341) as an organisation to your USI Profile via the “Provide my USI” link so that we are able to review and issue your transcript.

Your personal information (including the personal information contained on this enrolment form and your training activity data) may be used or disclosed by TBST for statistical, regulatory and research purposes. TBST may disclose your personal information for these purposes to third parties, including:

  • School – if you are a secondary student undertaking VET, including a school-based apprenticeship or traineeship;
  • Employer – if you are enrolled in training paid by your employer;
  • Commonwealth and State or Territory government departments and authorised agencies;
  • NCVER;
  • Organisations conducting student surveys; and
  • Researchers.

Personal information disclosed to NCVER may be used or disclosed for the following purposes:

  • Issuing statements of attainment or qualification, and populating authenticated VET transcripts;
  • facilitating statistics and research relating to education, including surveys;
  • understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information; and
  • administering VET, including programme administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation.

You may receive an NCVER student survey which may be administered by an NCVER employee, agent or third party contractor. You may opt out of the survey at the time of being contacted.

NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the VET Data Policy and all NCVER policies and protocols (including those published on NCVER’s website at www.ncver.edu.au).
