Skills First Government Funded Course Fees

Government Funded Students are only required to pay a small tuition fee. The Tuition Fee includes a Skills Victoria Fee + All Online Course Materials and software & TBST administration fees. The course fees can be paid Upfront upon enrolment OR over 2 months via Direct Debit Payment Plan.

Skills First Program Fee Explanation:

For students who enrol in the Dual Qualification option there will be an addition Tuition Fee cost of $150 if the student remains enrolled into the second year. The tuition fee is a Skills First Program mandated charge. Students have 12 months to complete the single Certificate IV course options and 24 months to complete the dual Certificate IV course option however students can complete the courses as quickly as they wish and negate the second year dual qualification tuition fee. Skills First contribute $6.50 per hour for training completed by students. This equates to $3770 for the FNS40215 Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, $3965 for the FNS40615 Certificate IV in Accounting and $5005 for the Dual FNS40215 & FNS40615 Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting Qualifications. The tuition fee that TBST charges all Skills First funded students for each qualification equates to an hourly fee of $0.57 for students enrolled in FNS40215 Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, $0.54 for students enrolled in FNS40615 Certificate IV in Accounting and $0.49 for students enrolled in the Dual FNS40215 Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & FNS40615 Certificate IV in Accounting. The concession tuition fee is set at 20% of the standard tuition fee. The tuition fee will be charged once at enrolment and again on the anniversary of the enrolment in the second year if the student has not completed the qualification. Only students who remain enrolled for over one year will be required to pay the second year tuition fee. The student tuition fees as published are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. Additional fees may apply such as student services and amenities fees.
